Despite the amount of people on the streets, there are not many options for public Internet access. Some of the hotels have internet access available, so your best bet is to visit one of them and hope they allow non-guests to use it for a fee. There are no dedicated Internet cafes, so for that, you might want to head off to Siam Square or Khao San Road.
